Today I gave a presentation at an enterprise training session sharing my website development experience.
1️⃣ 0–1: Building from Scratch
Approach 1: Jump straight in with your requirements and iterate gradually.
Approach 2: Requirements analysis & PRD → Architecture design → Project planning → Test cases, development & debugging → Testing & deployment.
Approach 3: Find a reference site and use the AI Website Cloner Template skills.
Approach 4: Find a reference site, use the AI Website Cloner Template skills, then layer on front-design skills and the UI UX Pro Max skill.
2️⃣ 1–100: Iteration Strategies
Approach 1: Use /insight to get suggestions tailored to the project.
Approach 2: Use gstack skills to have it audit the project and surface potential ideas.
Approach 3: Use the brainstorm skill under superpower to generate a wide range of ideas.
3️⃣ SEO Diagnostics
Run seo-audit to get actionable SEO recommendations for your site.
4️⃣ Prompt Engineering & AEO
5️⃣ Code Quality Red Lines
File/function length, indentation depth, and Code Smells — add a Code Quality Red Lines section to CLAUDE.md.
6️⃣ Development Toolchain
Used OpenAI Codex CLI for AI Code Review (caught a sitemap count bug and a keyword matching bug), fixed 2 real bugs in the process, and incorporated it into the regular review workflow.
