Practical Community Management Experience and Book Recommendations

Recently there's been a lot of discussion around community management.

After going through the full journey myself — free groups → two-figure deposit accountability groups → three-figure writing camp groups → four-figure coaching cohorts → short-term intensive bootcamps —

I'll be honest: I've stepped away from all of it, because it simply wasn't profitable.
